After reviewing many of the top PC TV programs available, using our 5 star rating system, the following 3 systems rose to the top of our list;

Satellite PC Pro

Don't let it be said that you always get just what you pay for; despite having equally the best functionality, (along with our number 2 pick), of all that we tested, Satellite PC Pro also came in at 20% below the cost of it's closest rivals as well!

It was a close race, until we realised this system even costs less than the rest of the comparable systems!

All this, including the ability to record straight onto your hard drive, makes this a fantastic program.

2, Also a Quality Product:

EasyTV Software

This one was still very easy to use with a nice user interface, and it did all we wanted it to. (And it has a better looking virtual box than the top pick!)

Again, well priced and better than most of the others, but why pay an extra 25% for an equally good product? It's only an extra 10 bucks, but we had to make a decision, and that sealed it.

PCTV Express

PCTV Express was also a great product. I would still recommend it, were it not up against the two above programs.

It just lacked a couple of the functions we thought may be useful to some users and in our opinion, not quite to the same standard as our top 2 picks.

We did review 10, but have not listed several other programs here, mainly because they were rubbish and did not perfom as promised, so we did not want to reward them with a link back to their website.

All the programs above did meet our expectations, based on the promises made in their respective website descriptions.
